The incumbent will be the ambassador of the organization for providing excellent patient service to our customers.
Job description
- Patient registration
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing and cash collection
- Records update and report distribution
- Filing of patients’ records
- Replenishing inventory when stock is low
- Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Job requirements
- Preferably with experience in ILTC setting (e.g., centre base care)
- Minimum GCE N levels/O levels with min 1 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Coordination / Liaison Work / Case Management Coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Strong passion to serve the patients
- Has administrative background (be it healthcare or not) – Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to manage high volume of emails and attend to matters involving inter-departments
- Willing to travel to various working locations locally, when needed
- Willing to work 5.5days work week
