Strategic Partnership Lead (Full-time, Contract)

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Partnerships talent to learn, improvise & support our partnerships team in onboarding relevant strategic partners within the lifestyle space. You will be working closely with our Partnerships team and stakeholders to foster effective programs & campaigns. Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Business and Operations teams to develop and execute partnership opportunities. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player and has a good understanding of proven successful partnerships.

Roles:

  • Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners for short-term ad-hoc exclusive tie-ups, long-term benefits, and strategic collaborations
  • Able to schedule 10 appointments weekly via email, cold call & other channels
  • Onboard merchants onto Geolah’s lifestyle program and follow through the whole merchant and customer journeys.
  • Forecast, measure, and present the results of partnership campaigns including but not limited to co-branded content and joint acquisition campaigns.
  • Maintain good records of all partnership agreements and ensure timely updates of contact database, contracts, documents, and presentations
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis, learn from the market, and differentiate Geolah from the competitions

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse & prepare partnership proposals and propose recommendations on possible partnerships models. Manage partner’s enquiries and collaborate with them to achieve goals and objectives. Preferably experienced in business development, sales, advertising, managing partners and/or a related field.
  • Relevant experience within an academic setting & attitude will be considered. Strong analytical and project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, fast learner, good people skills and emotional intelligence who can excel working across a spectrum of internal & external stakeholders to deliver new initiatives & projects.
  • Intrinsically motivated, results driven and detail oriented. Committed to providing a high standard of work and seeks continual improvement
