- 5 Days work week from Mon to Fri 9AM to 6.00pm

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination between internal stakeholders for sales orders process
- Maintain service items inventory control and parts order liaising with vendors
- Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from clients/ end-users
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management/ IT Studies or related studies
- Proficient in MS Office
