Responsibilities:
- Oversees the development and delivery of high-quality consulting projects in the FinTech realm.
- Identifies new business opportunities, tailors solutions to meet specific clients’ needs and challenges, and expands our presence within existing accounts.
- Take charge the creation and presentation of solution proposals to prospective clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance for consulting team on project work and professional development and team management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of consulting experience and well-developed industry expertise specific to FinTech.
- Strong business sense and business focus mindset.
- Strong sense of commitment, self-motivation and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve client problems effectively.
