Job Responsibilities:
- Plan manpower and coordinate new confirmed jobs, ad hoc tasks, or rental for materials and logistics to carry out the work.
- Ensure completion and meet clients' requirements, with documents signed and handed back to HQ for billing purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with project team members.
- Oversee proper safety practices and use of PPE, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Ensure quality of work and productivity of manpower, submitting reports on completed work and workers' overtime.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Operations Director.
