Responsibilities:
- Ensure warranty claims are submitted in line with Manufacturer's policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including job cards, technical queries, load management, and clocking.
- Support Manufacturer services.
- Manage parts stock ordering, back-orders, aging, and logistics to support workshop operations.
- Administer service packages and ensure brand compliance, including product technical updates, workshop tools, and equipment.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Min 3-6 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
- Familiarity with manufacturer warranty systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
