Roles:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance & Investigation Officer at Geolah. The Compliance & Investigation Officer will be responsible for managing and ensuring regulatory compliance from local authorities, conducting investigations, enforcing policies, analyzing data, and communicating with stakeholders and customer service teams. Additionally, the officer will be involved in fraud prevention and due diligence, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
Roles:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance violations and fraud.
- Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of potential risk.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customer service teams, to address compliance issues and provide guidance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance activities and findings.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance management, regulatory compliance, and investigation work.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide resolutions on fraud and due diligence cases.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Domain knowledge in the transport and delivery industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore.
