- All aspects of drilling operations including safety
- Ensuring business operations and production targets on time and budget
- Productivity and staffing levels
- Approval and submission of all Risk Assessments. Method Statements and other documentation required by clients, authorities or other stakeholders
- Attend internal and client safety and operations meetings
- Technical and operations input into tenders
- Transportation of staff, equipment and consumables
- Capital expenditure to improve safety, sustainability production, productivity or service life of drilling operations
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Min 5 – 6 years of drilling operations experience
- Good experience in people management and communication
- Good experience in government projects
