Temporary/part-time job at the rate of S$18/hr (with CPF).
Working hours (Monday to Friday) at 200 Braddell Road / 60 Macpherson Road
Required to work minimally 3 full days weekly from 9am to 6pm. A timesheet will be provided.
Duties :
- Provide day to day operation supports to a digital project/system
- Provide enquiry and support to the users and IT department of the project/system
- Logging, assign, track, and closure of any reported issues
- Organise and coordinate for diagnosis and resolving issues, these include gathering system log, communication to software development team, performing testing and verifications, performing any necessary administration and works relating to software deployment
- Performing any necessary daily/monthly reports
