Change Management Associate (with tableau skills)

Mandatory Skills

Primary responsibility – Change Management

Lead the change management process when new initiatives, systems, or processes are implemented in an organization. This involves planning, communicating, training, and supporting employees through the change.

  1. Conduct change impact assessments to identify how proposed changes will impact current people, processes, and technology.
  2. Develop change management strategies and plans to mitigate risks, address impacts, and ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to adopt changes.
  4. Document and disseminate change communications to inform and engage employees throughout the process.
  5. Monitor change progress and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify adoption issues and resistance.
  6. Modify change plans as needed and take corrective actions to keep implementation on track.
  7. Report on change management metrics like training completion, user adoption, productivity impacts etc. to leadership.
  8. Build relationships with change sponsors, project teams, managers and end-users to facilitate the change.
  9. Provide coaching and counselling to employees to support them through the change journey.

Secondary responsibility : Release management

  1. Maintain release documentation including planning documents, release notes, configuration details etc.
  2. Monitor release processes and track progress using tools like release dashboards. Identify risks or issues proactively.
  3. Ensure compliance with release processes, checkpoints, quality gates and entry/exit criteria through each stage.
  4. Continuously improve release management processes by analysing metrics, incorporating best practices and automating manual tasks.
  5. Conduct post release reviews and create reports on release performance, quality, metrics etc. for future improvements.

Tertiary responsibility: Tableau Dashboard Admin

  1. Manage user access and permissions for Tableau dashboards and the corresponding data sources, ensuring data security and compliance.
  2. Monitor the usage and performance of Tableau Dashboards.
  3. Generate and distribute regular reports on dashboard usage. Performance metrics, and user feedback.
  4. Recommend and implement improvements on monitoring and reporting insights.
  5. Provide support to Tableau users, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.

Other details :

  • Same person to do these with max time spent on primary responsibility. Rest of the time spent on secondary & tertiary responsibilities.
  • No shift work but there may be some weekends support required. With appropriate comp off.
