The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement sales promotion campagins and activities for the clients and conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance campagin relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards .
Plan, organize and execute sales promotion and activities relevant and beneficial for the various age groups and profiles of clients served
Be the main liaison person to communicate and work with potential stakeholders such as organisations, vendors and clients, to execute related sales campagins that meet the needs of clients
Take the lead in coordinating, supporting, executing and providing the oversight to planned events and campagins
