Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company ecommerce sales & operations for the company
- Manage company ecommerce platforms (eg. Shopee & Lazada) to ensure profitability
- Develop and participate in ecommerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion
- Work with marketing team on marketing campaigns, promotions, designs of marketing materials
- Responsible for product category and sales performance analysis
- Perform campaign performance tracking and sales conversion rate calculation
- Generate sales & performance reports for management
- Perform in-depth user profiling and attribution analysis
- Monitor market trend and conduct competitor analysis to stay market competitiveness
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 year of ecommerce/ marketplace experience preferably from FMCG background
- Familiar with Shopee and Lazada ecommerce platforms
- Experience handling ecommerce sales during mega campaigns
