Our client, a global company in the engineering sector, is currently looking for a 6 months’ contract accounts payable accountant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves managing treasury functions, the AP cycle, intercompany transactions, and business unit reporting. The candidate will support forecasting, budgeting, and compliance with audit and tax requirements. Experience with Cognos and IFS is preferred. The role also includes participating in ERP improvement projects and contributing to internal controls and transfer pricing documentation.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable. You are expected to have good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients.
