Job Descriptions:
- User Research & Interviews: Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze user research data to create user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, highlighting your problem-solving skills and user-centric approach.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure.
- Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach to design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
