We are looking for a Operation Manager for our property and oversees the hotel expension plan. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships and expanding our market presence
Roles:
· Handle the Housekeeping and Front Desk Team.
· Provide Training for the team
· Write the SOP and decide what is the best practise for the team.
Requirements:
· Preferred someone with a degree in any discipline
· Has Proven track record of success in Operations within the hospitality industry
· Has excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to manage the team
· Has strategic thinking skills and resourceful
