As a Kitchen Crew at Royal Host's inaugural overseas store in Singapore's Jewel Changi Airport, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Management team. Your role will involve assisting in overseeing the Kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, contributing to menu development, and fostering a culture of teamwork and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth functioning, staffing and adherence to company's standards.
- Assist with various tasks to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and maintain high standard of cleanliness and food safety.
- Support kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning and maintaing kitchen equipment.
- Ensure kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing assistance whenever needed.
