Job Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects focused on the Social Welfare Industry in Singapore.
· Conduct data analysis to address queries from stakeholders.
· Conduct literature reviews, specifically on tool validation and evaluation frameworks.
· Collect, enter, code, and transcribe audio/video recordings.
· Set up databases and data visualization dashboards.
· Assist in drafting research-related materials, such as ethical clearance, presentations, reports, and publications.
· Monitor the progress of research data collection.
· Verify the completeness and quality of collected data, ensuring data security.
· Assist in documenting work processes.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work
· Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
· Good understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Able to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
· Highly organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands that will overlap
· Coordination or project management experience
· Research work experience in preferred.

Salary : S$2,980.00
