Factory Manager - Job Description
The Factory Manager responsibilities will include overseeing internal production operations, helping to build strong customer relationships, maximizing the company's operating performance, and helping to achieve the company's financial goals.
Factory Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper cost control such as managing low production wastage and ensuring competitive sourcing of raw and packaging materials.
- Plan a structured production schedule.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify defects or deviations.
- Implementing corrective actions to improve product quality and prevent issues.
- To ensure that Production schedule meet's customer's demand in term of deliveries and quality.
- Plan, direct and monitor all Production & Logistics activities to maximize the use of Organization resource and meet established production specification and schedule including volume, cost, wastage target and quality control standard.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and welfare of department.
- All other ad hoc duties being assigned by superior.
· Location : Ubi and Kim Chuan· Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
(Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm)
· Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $5,600 + Transport allowance + AWS + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
