XM Studios is recognised annually by various international industry bodies as one of the best design houses in pop culture collectibles, having scooped up numerous awards from community-led events such as the Statue Forum Awards.

The Job
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conceptualize designs.
- Create and submit art arrangements for approval.
- Prepare finished art using necessary equipment and software.
- Assemble raw footage into cohesive narratives.
- Manage PO assets for the website, social media, and media.
- Liaise with photographers and creative directors for accurate product images.
- Design booklets and packaging.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative direction.
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts using Photoshop.
- Adjust colors and tones for consistent visual style.
- Finalize projects with titles, credits, and technical specifications.
- Prepare final products for distribution.
- Coordinate with external agencies, art services, and printers.
- Maintain clear communication with team members.
- Define research objectives and choose appropriate methods.
- Monitor data collection for quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
What you'll bring:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in related field
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in handling administrative duties.
- Preferably experienced in Toys/Collectibles, Merchandise, Fashion, or Pop Culture.
- Minimum Degree in Arts, Media Communications or equivalent qualification.
