As a Legal Executive, you will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to lawyers in the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
· Conducting legal research for lawyers
· Drafting correspondence under instruction of lawyers
· Drafting, proofreading, preparing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, bundle of documents, bundle of authorities, etc
· Filing of court documents and conducting transactions on eLitigation, ICMS, and other electronic filing systems
· Co-ordinating administrative activities in relation to client matters
