- Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
- Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings;
- Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
- Coordination of sub-contractors M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule
- Conducts M&E coordination meeting & attend site meetings
- Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or BCAA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
- Minimum 3 years of local building project experience in managing M&E engineering as M&E Coordinator in a construction site
- Familiar with construction site activities
