Brief Summary
- Basic $3000 depends on experience
- 8am to 5pm (Mon to Thu), 8am to 4.30pm (Fri)
- Working Location @ Tuas
- Company transport provided : Tuas West, CCK, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Outram MRT
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with planner
- SAP system checking inventory stock status (batches, quantity & release status)
- SAP system preparation (generate Delivery Order pick the correct batch and Qty) plus fill up E-log
- Shipment pick and pack coordinate with warehouse
- Shipment booking with freight forwarder
- Shipment labelling and IATA preparation
- Template registration (Coldstream) 8 ) Cargo collection (take photos)
- Filling with AWB
Requirements
- At least 2 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP and will need to attend IATA/IMDG course.
