Business Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct crew interviews in accordance with client and company standards, manage and track crew activities, including contract signing, certificate renewals, visa applications, medical examinations, training arrangements, and crew system maintenance.
2. Address and follow up on client needs.
3. Handle daily administrative tasks related to company operations.
4. Assist superiors in business development and tracking.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who speak only Mandarin.
3. Experience in the shipping industry is preferred.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.
5. Excellent written communication and good interpersonal skills, capable of interacting and collaborating with personnel at all levels.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
