- Support case management of cases (i.e. engagement of youths, families and stakeholders);
- Assist in coordinating, supporting and/or conducting programmes;
- Drafting up of reports and case management plans and assisting to present at internal reviews;
- Administrative duties such as scheduling of appointments, uploading of documents, preparing case notes and updating of related data;
- Assist in data collection/management, research and programme evaluation;
- Accompanying youths for external appointments;
- Shadow resident(s) in during their daily routines in the Home;
- Engage resident(s) in recreational/enrichment activities to keep them constructively occupied;
- Other duties as required by the respective Therapeutic Casework Unit
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Degree in psychology, sociology or relevant field
- 1 year of programme management or case management experience
