· Making sure of smooth daily operations on daily basis
· Assist in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the food court
· Working to ensure and complying with relevant health and safety regulations
· Ensuring high standards of customer service are observed at all times
· Handling customers queries
· Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B industry
· Willing to work on weekends and public holiday when required
· Problem-solving and investigative role when customer complains about food or service
· Good communication in verbal and written skills
