Your role in the team:

As a Display Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing programmatic display advertising campaigns to achieve our marketing objectives across numerous countries in the APAC region including Taiwan & Hong Kong. You will leverage your expertise in programmatic buying platforms, data analysis, and campaign optimization to drive targeted, efficient, and measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of display advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), audience targeting strategies, as well as customer data platform (CDP) management and activation.


What you’ll do:

1- Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic display advertising campaigns across demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc. aligned with our audience targeting, goals and KPIs.
  • Manage & optimise budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting tactics to achieve campaign objectives while maintaining efficiency. Recommend vements based on KPIs: including impressions, clicks, conversions, viewability, and ROy informed about industry trends (especially on cookieless), best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve strategies.

2- Audience Targeting:

  • Utilize first party (through our CDP) and third-party data sources to develop audience targeting strategies.
  • Test and refine audience targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

3- Creative Management:

  • Implement creative testing strategies to optimize ad performance and drive engagement. Collaborate with our agency to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to different audience segments and campaign objectives.
  • Manage ad creative assets and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.

4- Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports detailing key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll need for this role:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic display advertising.
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk…, ad verification technologies, CDPs (such as relay42) and utilizing customer data for targeting and personalization.
  • Proven track record of managing successful programmatic display campaigns with larger budgets, driving performance and exceeding KPIs.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and at best traditional & simplified Chinese. Any other language would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Media/Paid Media, Communication, Business, Economics, Administration, or related field.
