Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate loan operations, including the monitoring and execution of loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, redemptions, and interest payments/collections.
- Verify payment orders for loan disbursements and repayments, ensuring they are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure precise and prompt entry postings for loan transactions, maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Relationship Managers, Credit Risk Management, and Treasury to facilitate smooth loan operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of loan transactions and activities, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible for audits and reporting purposes.
- Implement and adhere to established procedures and controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance in loan operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year OR Internship experience in loan operations within a banking environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations and guidelines pertaining to loan operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
