Job Description:
- Achieving Sales from NRIs in APAC market leveraging upon PAN India developments, while developing relations with channel partners and managing leads.
- Managing relations with existing leads and assist them with the options for our current developments.
- Drive international sales through loyalty and referral programmes.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in Indian real-estate market.
- Expertise of the Indian market for cities like (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Kolkata & Chennai)
- Relevant experience in building new markets from scratch.
- Experience in planning and executing events & roadshows.
- Customer understanding- Ability to convince leads & create customers along with ability to create leads from existing customers/customers who don’t invest.
