Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the beauty products that best meet their needs. Offer product recommendations and answer any questions regarding product features, ingredients, and benefits.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting current promotions, upselling complementary products, and engaging in suggestive selling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit card payments in compliance with company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product lines, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve service and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics, is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
