At SHEIN, the marketing team consists of various functions: e-commerce website operations, social media, key-opinion leaders’ management, branding and data analysis. Combining these functions, it allows us to implement marketing activities that are attractive and connects us with millions of customers, to achieve our mission where “everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion” across the region.
We are looking for a creative and positive professional to work within the marketing team on marketing operations. Your role is to grow and help shape our regional marketing programmes, working at each stage of the funnel to build the brand awareness and optimise marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operation of in-app e-commerce site including but not limited to e-commerce activities coordination, plan and execute campaigns’ strategies collaboratively and constantly reassess platform info & features to elevate the quality of user experience.
- Work closely with design team to create banners and layout of pages that are personalized to the local market.
- Write, review and adapt copy in local language and analyse the effectiveness through data to better the content direction and copywriting.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years e-Commerce experience, preferably in Fashion & Beauty industry.
- Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Ability to execute with high-accuracy, multi task, deal with uncertainty, willing to learn and are highly organized in paper work.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to identify issues and be pro-active in carrying out solutions
