Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support,and other daily operations and ad-hoc duties to contribute to overall company success and growth
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Engage in discussions on improving company processes
Requirements:
- To have at least 3 years of related/relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Good communication skills
- Organized and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
- SME with a vibrant workforce
- Able to start within short notice
