Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision of structural and architectural works.
- Coordinate with consultant RTO/RE.
- Manage project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor project progress, including manpower mobilization, material planning, and ordering.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings as required.
- Handle all submissions.
- Produce weekly site progress reports.
- Attend subcontractor meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control in accordance with authority requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HDB experience.
- Experience in building and architecture.
- Knowledge of CONQUAS.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Able to work independently with good communication skills.
