- 6 months contract
- Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
- Location: East, Changi
- Candidates without experience but with relevant education studies are welcomed to apply as training will be provided!
The Talent:
- Minimum: Diploma in Accounting
- SAP Experience will be an added advantage
- Singaporean only
- Background in AR/AP is a plus
Job Description
- Assist in checking if invoices are in order before they are processed into accounting software
- Assist in monthly processing of intercompany invoices and other vendors invoices into accounting software
- Assist in retrieving documents when needed such as audits, monthly reporting, etc
- Assist in tasks relating to receivables
- Assists in system/process upgrade testing
- Update payment dates in PO system.
- File payment vouchers with invoices.
- Reconcile creditor payments in SAP with cash books.
- Prepare detailed schedules for assigned accounts.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
