Salary : $8,000 - $11,000 monthly
Report to : Chief Broking Officer

[Essential Criteria]
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in handling casualty and financial lines of insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of casualty and financial insurance products, including coverages, terms, conditions, and exclusions.
- Strong understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and policy documentation.
- Proficiency in negotiating with insurers on behalf of clients to obtain optimal coverage and pricing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate policy documentation and claims handling.
- Proficiency in insurance software and systems to manage client data and generate reports.
Desirable Criteria
- Industry certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
- Experience in a variety of industries to broaden understanding of different risk profiles.
- Proven track record of successful client retention and new business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
