Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical circuits, machinery, and equipment.
Perform routine checks on systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues reported by hotel staff or guests.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required.
Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality or commercial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
