1. Singapore Citizen or PR
2. GCE O Level, ITE and above
3. Must possess SS600 & SS648 certificates
4. Supervision of marine fuels loading from oil terminals and delivery to customer vessels as per SS600 & SS648 requirements and procedures
5. Liaising with oil terminal personnel, cargo surveyors and ship crew.
6. Responsible for the custody of marine fuels
7. Ensuring correct quality and quantity of bunkers is delivered to customer vessels in a safe and efficient manner
8. Possess good knowledge of the Coriolis mass flow meter
9. Responsible for all documentation for procurement of marine fuels and deliveries to customer vessels
