* Holds Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Has at least 10 years of working experience in preschool Industry as Curriculum Specialist
* Has Developed age appropriate Chinese Curriculum for the preschooler
* Has at least 5 years of experince as principal in mentoring and guiding new teachers in lesson planning according to the curriculum.
* Passionate in nurturing and educating the young ones
* Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
