Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers, and overseas agency for outgoing shipments.
- Any documentation duties as per instruct by superior.
- Attending to phone calls and email enquiries on internal or external customer.
- Liaising with planner, QC and Sales for the product transfer within the company.
- Data entry of various shipment information into the system (NAV).
- Working and support closely with Sales and operation team.
- Manage and maintain smooth daily operations.
- Support and hand-on in the packing department.
- Any others duties as assigned.
Responsibilities and duties
- Knowledgeable in import/export procedures is an advantage.
- Basic computer application is required.
- Strong communications and supervision skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and tight schedule.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
