- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to office operations, data protection, and health and safety.
- Provide basic IT support or liaise with IT staff to resolve technical issues related to office equipment and software.
- Handling of in-coming matters and correspondences.
- General administrative duties, as and when directed.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Power Point
- Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
- Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
