Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the kitchen area is maintained in a clean and odor-free condition at all times.
- Oversee the proper disposal of kitchen waste and ensure adherence to waste management procedures.
- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment, including plates, utensils, and other items.
- Monitor and maintain the dishwashing process to ensure the effective functioning of equipment.
- Assist in operational tasks during events, including clearing and washing dishes.
- Conduct cleaning duties, including the wiping of tables, and the cleaning of floors, walls, shelves, restrooms, and filters.
- Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Steward and Executive Chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for diners, in compliance with company standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Training will be provided.
- Physical fitness is essential for the demands of the role.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
