Position : Cook/Chef
Job Responsibilities
· Use kitchen tools safely and appropriately. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
· Ensure food handling and kitchen hygiene to be in compliance with SFA regulations and standards
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all culinary work areas
· Follow orders and advices instructed by Head Chef to perform job task following directions.
Job Requirements
- Min. 1-2 years of cooking experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
- Follow the prep list created to plan duties.
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
- Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
- Prepare simple dishes as assigned by Head Chef.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by Chef.
- Able to communicate, read and understand English
