Job Description & Requirements:
- Apply standard guidelines for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct interviews for new hires.
- Give equipment to service sites.
- Help operations manager to manage daily operations on site.
- Help operations manager to plan manpower for operations.
- Help with the development of in house training.
- Manage supply of cleaning equipment.
- Place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Plan and apply environmentally sustainable work practices.
- Prepare overtime and attendance reports monthly.
- Prepare price lists for cleaning services.
- Prepare reports on stock counts.
- Provide HR support and guidance to the duty managers.
- Provide advice on issues relating to training as required.
- Support with classroom and on-the-job training.
- Understand tender specifications.
Key Competencies:
- Cleaning Project Management experiences preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable in responding to queries.
