Job Description:
- Overall lead in monthly financial closing matters.
- Prepare full set of financial statements
- Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
- Able to handle financial and management reporting
- Able to perform GST submission. Tax computation is a plus.
- Preparing monthly cashflow forecast.
- Responsible for insurance matters
- Other ad hoc special assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Finance.
Requirements:
- ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Shipping/Logistics industry
- Knowledge of ACCPAC ERP is a plus
- Independent worker, team player, responsible
- Self-motivated
- Manage a team of 4 Accounts staff
- Work by Tai Seng MRT
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Start ASAP
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting , Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment or equivalent.
