Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Transport goods, equipment, and supplies between farm locations, warehouses, and distribution centers.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with farm managers, warehouse personnel, and logistics coordinators to coordinate delivery activities and address any issues that may arise.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies to ensure safety and compliance at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 4/5 driving license
- Ability to operate and maintain large vehicles, including trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and delivery documentation.
- Physical stamina and strength
- Understanding of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
