We are looking for a highly motivated & determined individual to support the growth of the business, bringing their expertise in producing content and communications materials. This role will comprise of designing, copywriting and developing digital and printed content. You will be fully responsible for identifying and executing online and offline content marketing. You will be the key driver in creating, building and promoting a comprehensive brand identity that allows for clients to easily associate with our brand.
The key performance indicators will be:
- Own, grow, produce and drive original and creative content - You are the content and communications producer of the brand
- End-to-end ownership of your vertical: (creative designs, timely production, resulting in brand awareness and recognition)
- Be an expert in current market social media trends, developing brand guidelines, templates and presentations
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this position will see you collaborate with our internal business team and external agencies, where necessary, in all stages of marketing campaign execution.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Coming up with content ideas that are relevant for the brand and industry
- Designing, producing, writing and editing content across a range of mediums – graphic design, gifs, jpegs, carousel, video, EDM and PowerPoint for social media posts, website and presentations
- Improve company's websites look and feel to generate leads and business.
- Strategize and manage weekly digital posts across all social media platforms
- Manage periodic email marketing
- Collaborate with external agencies on execution of SEM/SEO, providing relevant content
- Support the management with presentations and other time sensitive projects
- Contribute to the build of an effective social media practice, process and tools.
- Execute social media and other related communications strategy. The goal is to focus on quality content rather than a quantity of content.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in graphic design, communications or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ working experience in creating multi-channel content and execution with brand marketing, advertising and communications experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and an advanced understanding of the fundamentals of visual / graphic design including typography, color, layouts, applied in particular to powerpoint presentations and social media content
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite , Powerpoint, InDesign, Illustrator, PremierePro etc. Wordpress an advantage
- Other necessary software’s, such as the Microsoft Office Suite and the Google Business Suite are essential
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic and having initiative is a must
- Able to wok independently to develop engaging content across multiple channels
- Fluent level of English as the role requires interaction with stakeholders across several countries
