Responsibilities:
- Serves as a resource and point of contact for residents on issues related to housing, community standards, and campus resources
- Addresses resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly and appropriately
- Coordinates and facilitates resident meetings, programs, and activities to promote community building
- Ensures the safety and security of residents by implementing and enforcing dormitory policies and procedures
- Responds to emergencies and incidents within the dormitory, coordinating with campus security and other relevant personnel as necessary
- Conducts regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address safety hazards
- Maintains accurate records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming
- Assists in the selection, training, and evaluation of RAs and other residential staff
- Manages dormitory budgets, ensuring responsible fiscal management
- Enforces campus and dormitory policies, addressing violations and implementing appropriate sanctions
- Educates residents on community standards, rights, and responsibilities
- Promotes a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the dormitory
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facility Management or any other related field
- Knowledge in facilities management or dormitories related experiences is a plus
- Experience in using systems similar to dormitory management system
- Physically fit to carry out inspection on high level floors
- Willing to work on weekends
