Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Online Sales Growth: Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to boost online sales.
- Operational Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
- Retail Operations: Support in-store operations, ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce and physical retail.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze online sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Digital Marketing Support: Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and accurate product listings.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promotional Events: Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
