As a Clinic Assistant, the candidate is required to be involved in the care of our patients. The candidate will be required to manage the reception desk with regards to tasks such as answering phone calls, registration,
dispensing, collection of payment and any other tasks required so as to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. The candidate is expected to provide a high level of service to our patients with professionalism and ensure the
operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic.
- Administrative duties including answering phone calls, maintaining simple filing
- Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, account-keeping
- Patient care duties including registration, maintaining appointments and dispensing of medications
- Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, assisting in clinical tasks such as ECG, dressing, assisting the doctor in surgical procedures (training will be provided)
- Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines
- Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Able to work until 7pm when necessary, if patients arrive late
Requirements:
- Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on shifts
- Hours: 44 - 50 per week
- 5.5 work days
Start date is flexible and open for discussion, but has to be by January 2025.
