Key Accountabilities
- Ensure quality of products during receiving and tally up order details to prevent discrepancies
- Ensure stations are prepped and ready for daily service operations
- Prepare dishes with passion and respect, both for food and customers
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and follow both opening and closing of kitchen duties
- Ensure communication flows with your teammates and to FOH colleagues
