Job Overview:
The Operations Executive supports the F&B operations team at TOMORO COFFEE by managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role involves detailed planning, organization, and communication to maintain high operational standards and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and logistics to ensure smooth operation across all locations.
- Assist in managing inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and stock availability.
- Support staff scheduling and coordination to optimize workforce efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, report generation, and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of operational policies and procedures.
- Provide support in customer service and promptly resolve any operational issues or customer complaints.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and process improvements through continuous monitoring and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events that drive customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&B operational or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a café or coffee shop environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
